Fine Wheat Flour

Fine Wheat Flour, commonly known as Maida, is a  refined wheat flour made by milling only the  endosperm  of wheat grains, with the bran and germ removed. This gives it a  smooth, soft, and white texture  that is perfect for light and airy baked goods. It is free-flowing and dry to touch. Rich in carbohydrates and versatile in use, Maida is a key ingredient in bakery, confectionery, and processed food industries worldwide.

Shelf Life & Storage

Shelf life: 8 - 9 months from date of production
Store in a cool and dry place at 20°C with 70% relative humidity.
