Soya Lecithin

Soya Lecithin is a natural emulsifier derived from soybeans, rich in phospholipids (62% min acetone insoluble matter). It is a viscous, brownish liquid used to stabilize emulsions and improve texture in a wide range of products.
Applications: Widely used in food products like chocolates, margarine, bakery goods (cakes, cookies, breads), dairy products (ice cream, cheese), and instant mixes as an emulsifier and stabilizer. All soya products, except Soya Lecithin, are available in Non-Woven Fabric Bags, PP Bags, or Jute Bags, as per buyer's requirements, in the following sizes: Non-Woven Fabric Bags: 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg PP Bags: 25 kg, 50 kg Jute Bags: 10 kg, 20 kg, 40 kg Soya Lecithin is packed in 200 kg/240 kg MS/HDPE barrels, 1000 kg IBC tanks, or bulk ISO tanks, as per the buyer's requirements.

Storage

Store all soya products in a cool, dry place at ambient temperature. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Consume promptly once the bag or container is opened, or keep frozen to maintain quality.
